With 11 retail locations and 5 specialty divisions across southern Ontario, Turkstra Lumber is a family-owned lumber and hardware business that caters to the average joe/jane, contractors, and builders. They came to Syatt requesting the design and development of their first-ever ecommerce site, as all their sales had been in-store prior. They were happy to step into the 21st century with a site overhaul that allowed them to not only sell online, but guide users through DIY projects utilizing their Build it Better brand.

Renwil is a home decor company with a signature collection of over 2,000 designs of original artwork, mirrors, lighting, rugs, pillows, accent furniture, and accessories servicing retailers and designers. Working alongside amazing devs and PMs at Syatt Media, I had the opportunity to refresh the look/feel of Renwil’s site in time for the launch of their newest catalog.

Throughout the years, I've had the pleasure of creating some quirky, fun video and animation elements to further campaigns and product reach. My roles include writing, directing, animating, editing, video production, and more.

Snuggle Bugz is a unique Canadian baby store with a vision of creating a place where parents can feel comfortable asking questions and discovering new, quality-only products. After some UX/User Persona research, I worked with the Syatt dev team to create a revamp of their megamenu and refreshing the overall look/feel of the site.

Cosmo Music is one of the biggest and best musical instrument retail stores in the world; providing sales, service, rentals, and lessons for all types of musical instruments in a one-of-a-kind, world class facility.

This was one of the few clients where I actually got to visit one of their locations, and it was mind-blowing. Huge guitar rooms, grand pianos, full-stack amplifiers - plus, its own Starbucks. I knew their customers would expect the same great experience online.

This was another project I worked on with my team at Syatt. The devs there were some of my favourite to work with.

Chatters is a hair/beauty retailer that also owns salon chains nationwide across Canada. I worked with the Demac Media dev team to redesign their site to reflect a more modern, clean aesthetic.

Cardinal of Canada is a Montreal-based luxury coat brand that prides itself on craftsmanship. Working with the Demac Media dev team, I redesigned their ecommerce site to better fit the look/feel their coats represent. I also created badging for both web and print use to showcase their 10-year guarantee.

In support of their sponsored Athletes competing in the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Red Bull asked us to create desktop wallpapers and mobile phone backgrounds for each competitor.

Pela created the world's first 100% compostable, eco-friendly iPhone and Android phone cases to help rid our oceans of plastic. I created their custom-type logo, product photography, and product page redesign.

Montreal-based La Canadienne is recognized for its fashion-forward thinking and ethical practices. It was a pleasure working with them and the Demac Media dev team to create a fresh new site that showcased their shoes in a clean, luxurious setting while maintaining ecommerce best practices.

While at Endloop, I had the pleasure of working with Hyundai to introduce the 2015 Hyundai Tucson Fuel Cell at the Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto. We utilized a low-poly 3D style for friendliness, quirk, and to expedite the process over the extremely tight deadline.

Habit Coffee was Endloop’s endeavor for Toronto’s first subscription-based, pick-up-only coffee stand.

This was created as a UI/UX beta test for a company looking to create a new forward-thinking experience for vapers. The project included both a mobile app that would enable vapers to see how much they’d vaped and shop for refills in various flavors, and also a company-facing application showing which flavors were more popular in what areas along with other corresponding stats.

Quiche Games is a store dedicated to board game lovers, geeks, newcomers, buy-curious and all kinds of folk who just want to have fun with board games. I had the pleasure of creating their quirky branding, and also filming/editing some promo videos for their YouTube channel. It was always an adventure with these people!

This piece of chaos was animated to advertise Jungle Timer Super Pro, a timing app for League of Legends junglers. Listening to coworkers gush about “ganks” drove me nuts enough to create this intense, if vague, commercial.
